after having been a avid electronic cigarette users for about 4 months the initial cheaper electronic cigarette i purchased stopped working, i decided after contacting the old supplier and told they only offered a 28 days warranty to try a more expensive electronic cigarette and went with the pep cigarette. i received the next working day and to my delight it worked better than my previous one. better smoke volume and a general better sensation. after 28 days of having the product i received a call from the customer service team just to check all was ok with the product and to assure me that the product was guaranteed for a year if there was any problems to contact them. from my perspective i wished i had spent that little extra in the first instance to give me the peace mind of only having to purchase one electronic cigarette a year as i would of probably saved money in the long run by investing a little extra in the first place.
