This is the first pedometer I've ever used, and I wanted one primarily so I knew how far I was running. After hearing from my mother in law that she'd had loads that were rubbish and had to spend a lot to get a good one, I was sceptical about this one straight away. I really had no reason to be though.It's really simple to use and seems to be incredibly accurate.I've used it when running and also when out walking the dogs and no matter how much jiggling aboout I do it stays securely fastened to my trousers.I love the different records it makes - distance, steps, aerobic time, calories etc, and it also has a memory of 7 days so you can compare one day to the next.I'd highly recommend this and am amazed at it's value for money."
